Prior Authorization Is Costing You Time You Don't Have

A few ways to get ahead of it:

• 🔹Build a PA calendar — know which drugs and procedures your top payers require it for
• 🔹Submit PAs with clinical notes attached upfront — reduces back-and-forth
• 🔹Use payer portals for status checks instead of phone queues
• 🔹Track denial patterns — if a payer keeps denying the same procedure, document it and appeal with evidence

You can't eliminate PA. But you can stop letting it be reactive.
